While last week saw mortgage rates staying put near lows, today saw the trend continue but with less consistency between lenders as some lenders had improved pricing while others’ pricing worsened.
Since last week was slow, with very low volume due to the holiday, market watchers are waiting patiently about new news coming regarding the latest bailout funding information for Greece and GDP and economic data that is coming out later in the week.
